You do not need a finished design or all the details figured out. Send us what you are going for and we will ask the right questions. A photo, a rough idea, or even just "something for a 7-year-old who loves dragons" is enough to start.

We confirm before anything is due

We will follow up with pricing, timing, color options, and delivery details before you pay a thing. Local pickup orders pay at pickup. Shipped orders pay after confirmation by Venmo or PayPal.

Turnaround and quantities

Most single custom pieces are ready within 5 to 7 business days. Larger quantities or more complex builds may take a bit longer. We always confirm timing upfront so there are no surprises. Party favor sets of 10 to 50+ are doable with advance notice.
